1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click Add > Create Advanced List
  4. Under Select Objects, select the following objects:
    • Admissions > Candidate
    • Constituent Information > User Base
    • Admissions > Candidate Application
    • Admissions > Candidate Checklist
    • Admissions > Candidate Checklist Item (Unmark the Inner box)
  5. Select the Display Fields tab
  6. Click Select Fields
  7. Mark which fields to display
  8. Click Select
  9. Select the Filters tab:
  10. Add the following Global filters:
    • Candidate Application.Status any of Saved
    • Candidate Checklist Item.date_completed is null
  11. Add the following Object Filter:
    • Candidate Checklist Item.checklist_item any of [Name of checklist item with Application]
  12. Name the List and select a Category (if needed)
  13. Click Save
  14. Click Preview
