You may need to disable a user that was previously configured to receive email alerts for online sales. When you disable this user, will they still receive email alerts?
I'm trying to transfer email notifications for membership sales within Altru, but the user associated no longer works with the company. I need to turn off email notifications for online sales for an employee who no longer works for our organization.
How do I turn off online sales order alert emails for employees who no longer work for us?
When disabling an account that is configured to receive notifications for online sales, we will want to disable these notifications prior to disabling the users account. If we do not disable these alerts, the user will still receive notifications after their account has been disabled.
Disable Email Alerts for the User:
Navigate to Web > Email alerts management
Click drop down next to email address you want to remove, and select Delete
