Repeat each step until issue is corrected:
  • Update Citrix Receiver on your workstation:
  1. Uninstall the Citrix Receiver
  2. Re-install the Citrix Receiver
  • Check your Windows profile:
  1. Log onto a different Windows profile and test launching the application.
  2. If you no longer receive the error message, please work with local IT to recreate your Windows profile.
