Note: Please make sure to save periodically while creating this list
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click the List Templates tab
  4. Template Category: Athletic Group
  5. Student Team Details > Click View/Copy
  6. Select Display Fields
  7. Click Select Fields
  8. Expand User Base
  9. Expand Athletic Enrollment
  10. Expand Athletic Group
  11. Mark Group ID
  12. Click Select
  13. Mark the box for Enable grouping options
  14. Click the X to the Left of
    • User Base.First Name
    • User Base.Last Name
    • User Base.Grad Year
  15. Select the Filters tab
  16. Under Global Filters click the + on the left
  17. Choose Athletic Term.School Year
  18. Click the appropriate school year or years (hold Control on a PC or Command on a Mac to select multiple years)
  19. Click Select
  20. Click Save
Note: This will ONLY display Teams with Users already enrolled, if you need a list of Teams not depending on enrollment, follow the steps below.

Navigate to:
  1. Lists > More Lists
  2. Create a list by clicking Add, and click Create Advanced List
  3. Within Select Objects Expand the Athletic Group
  4. Select the following Objects:
  5. Athletic Group
  6. Athletic Sport Level
  7. Athletic Sport Levelofplay
  8. Athletic Term
  9. Select the Display Fields tab
  10. Click Select Fields
  11. Expand Athletic Group mark Group ID
  12. Expand Athletic Sport Level and Mark Sport Level Title
  13. Expand Athletic Sport Level of Play and mark Level of Play
  14. Click Select
  15. Select the Filters Tab and add a Global Filter by clicking the + symbol
  16. In the Field dropdown, select Athletic Term.School Year is any of and select the School year such as 2016-2017
  17. Click Select
