I adjusted the itinerary numbers in the reservation in order to process a refund now the pricing in the itinerary is incorrect

When attempting to process a refund on a per ticket group sale reservation that uses custom pricing, you may find that after processing the refund the reservation does not revert to using the custom price on the program event; instead, the reservation will default to use the price associated in the overall program. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
 

Steps to Duplicate

Step 1: Create a program that uses custom pricing
  1. From Tickets, Select Add a scheduled program
  2. In the Add a scheduled program screen, enter the following information:
    • Name
    • Location
    • Capacity
    • Choose two price types
      • Group Student - $4.50
      • Group Teacher - $0.00
  3. Save
  4. On the Calendar tab of your Program, Select Add
  5. In the Schedule Events Screen, enter the following information:
    • Recurrence - Single Date
    • Date - Today
    • Times Per day - Single
    • From
    • To
  6. Save
  7. On the Calendar Tab, Double Click your scheduled event
  8. On the Prices Tab, Select Assign Custom Prices
  9. In the Edit Prices Screen, Check the box 'Create custom prices for this event'
  10. Change the Group Student Face Price to $4.00
  11. Save
Step 2: Create a Reservation
  1. From Sales, Select Group Sales, Select Add
  2. In the Add a reservation screen enter the following information
    • Patron
    • Date of visit - Enter the date you scheduled the above program for
    • Quick itinerary - Select the program you scheduled above
    • Type and Count - 
      1. Group Student 40
      2. Group Teacher 2
  3. Save
  4. Note that in the Admission and Programs box, the Group Student tickets are priced at $4.00 per ticket; The custom price we defined on the scheduled program
Step 3: Add a payment and Check in Reservation
  1. In the Payments Box, Select Add > Add a Payment
  2. In the Add a Payment screen, enter the following information
    • Amount
    • Payment Method - Check
  3. Save
  4. On the left in the task bar, Select Check in group
  5. Select Check in
Step 4: Process Refund
  1. Select the arrows to the left of the Name in the Manage Itineraries box, Select Edit
  2. Select the Gray box to the left of Group Student, Select Delete on your Keyboard
  3. Select yes to the message 'Are you sure you want to delete the selected row'
  4. Save
  5. In the Pricing box, Select the Refund Option that has appeared
  6. In the Refund Order Screen, select Complete Refund
Step 5: Readd the Price Type to the Reservation
  1. Select the arrows to the left of the Name in the Manage Itineraries box, Select Edit
  2. In an empty type box, populate the drop down with Group Student
  3. Enter the Count
  4. Save
  5. In the Admission and Programs box, note that the Group Student tickets are now priced at $4.50 per ticket rather than the original $4.00 defined on the scheduled program
