A formatted text and image part may appear to be stuck on the Blackbaud Payment Services page with old text or images after the part has been changed on a page containing a Payment 2.0 Part.
Open BBIS and navigate to Administration > Sites & Settings > Settings Tab > Schedules > Secure Payment Template Update section and verify that the template update has been run since the page was modified and that there are no exceptions. If there are exceptions, please see contact support for assistance.
If there are no exceptions navigate back to the payment page. Remove the formatted text and image part that is not updating on the BBPS page then reinsert it. Navigate to Administration > Sites & Settings > Settings Tab > Schedules > Secure Payment Template Update and manually update the templates. Once this has completed verify that the BBPS page is now showing the proper text.
If the BBPS page is still not updating properly this could indicate a corrupted page. Make a copy of the page, remove the formatted text and image part then reinsert the part. Upload the templates from the Secure Payment Template Update area again. Verify that the BBPS page is now showing the proper text. Any links referencing this payment page will need to be recreated.
