When you reactivate a constituency, you must run the "Constituency stored-value refresh process" and include the reactivated constituency - when reactivating a constituency

After making an inactive constituency active again in Altru you may notice a prompt that pops up and tells you that you must run the "Constituency stored-value refresh process" and include the reactivated constituency.

Error: Are you sure you want to mark "XXXX" active? When you reactivate a constituency, you must run the "Constituency stored-value refresh process" and include the reactivated constituency. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

The Constituency stored value refresh process is not a feature in Altru. When reactivating a constituency in Altru there are no additional steps that need to be taken. That constituency will appear on the constituent records of constituents that have that constituency. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Constituents > Constituencies
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to an inactive constituency and click mark active
