The Primary Addressee (and Primary Salutation) no longer appears in the name format table in the drop down box.
1. In CRM go to Admin >Data > Code Tables 2. Under code table name, search for Name Format type, click on that option 3. Look for Primary Addressee, click on the down arrow next to it and choose Edit 4. Make sure the box is NOT checked inactive, if it is then uncheck it 5. Do the same for Primary salutation
