In CRM V4 SP10, users may notice that Lookup IDs are no longer available information when checking Recipients/Opens/Clicks/Transactions in email messages in BBIS.
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to the Web functional area. 2. Click Site administration. 3. Log into BBIS. 4. Click Email. 5. Click Messages. 6. Click the View Report button beside any email message. 7. Click any of the following: Recipients, Opens, Clicks, Transactions, or Export (open file after clicking). 8. See that Lookup IDs are no longer included in the available information.
