Users without supervisor rights are unable download message report exports

You are logged in as a user with full rights to the email section of NetCommunity. You select export for the email message report and the page may appear to be loading but may not download the export.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
In the interim, log in as a Supervisor user to export the report.
