1. Make sure the expiration date on the credit card has not been passed.

2. Verify the computer system date in the lower-right corner of the Task Bar.

3. In PCCharge, verify that the Last Valid Year is set correctly. Go to Setup \ Configure System. Make sure the Last Valid Year is set to later than the expiration date on the card that is trying to be authorized. Increment the Last Valid Year if necessary. If you do not have the Last Valid Year option in Setup \ Configure System, contact PCCharge to locate this field. They will need to know which product you are using and the version number.


If the above steps do not take care of the error, try running the card directly through PCCharge. If the error still exists, it may be best to contact PCCharge Technical Support
