Event Calendar Filter is reset when selecting a new month

When a user selects to filter categories on and event calendar in NetCommunity, and then changes the month on that event calendar the filters are reset.
This issue was resolved in the latest version of Blackbaud NetCommunity. 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1. Open a event calendar page in NetCommunity
2. click ''show event filter''
3. unselect any category(s)
4. select a different month from the date drop down list
5. Filters are removed
