If you would like to change or replace the domain used for Luminate Online content, please contact your Client Success Manager for information on this process. If you are unsure who your Client Success Manager is, please contact your account manager for further assistance.

Please note that before this process can begin, you will need to set up a new domain and configure the A Record and C Name for this domain to point to Luminate Online. The values you will need depend upon your Luminate Online admin URL. Your admin login URL is https://secure[2 or 3].convio.net/[short_name]/admin/ConvioLogin. The A Record and C Name values are as follows:
