An administrator registered around 10 constituents for a calendar event on the front end. Why were all of the event registrations recorded on the same constituent record?
When a user registers on the site for the first time, Luminate will automatically log that user in. Any subsequent actions taken by the user while logged in will be recorded on that record because the system assumes that they are the same person. Administrators should register users on the back end for this reason. However, if the admin must do it on the front end, you'll want to make sure to log out in between each submission. This same behavior applies to Donations, Surveys, Advocacy Alerts and anything else that is capable of creating a new user in the site.
