When attempting to log into the Financial Edge / Education Edge on all workstations you may receive the following error message:
Unable to establish database connection.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]General network error. Check your network documentation.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (PreLoginHandshake()).
Possible causes include but are not limited to:
Database is offline
Renamed database files
Moved the database to a new server
Migrated from ASA to SQL Server
