Error: Technical Difficulties - When trying to view a participant record

When attempting to view a participant record on the admin side, you may experience the following error:

This may happen if you have changed the fundraising goal of a participation type that has Delayed Self Pledge enabled
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, Contact Support and reference this article number. A database update is required to fix this issue. Please provide support with the following information.
  • The constituent ID or email address of the effected participant.
  • The name or ID of the TeamRaiser event that they are registered for.
  • The participation type that the participant should be registered to.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a participation type with fundraising goal and enable DSP.
  2. Register a participant for that participation type.
  3. Change the fundraising goal in the participation type.
