My update unmapped transactions job schedule is not working

You may have set up a job schedule to update unmapped transactions that have been mapped. When checking the history of your updated unmapped transactions process, you notice that the job schedule is not processing and you are still required to select begin process. 
The update unmapped transaction process cannot be run on a job schedule. We will need to manually run this process:
  1. From Administration, Select General Ledger Setup
  2. On the left in the tasks bar, click Review Unmapped Transaction Messages
  3. On the left in the related tasks bar, click Update Unmapped Transactions
  4. On the left in the tasks bar, click Start Process
  5. Select Start

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Administration, Click General Ledger Setup
  2. On the left in the tasks bar, click Review Unmapped Transaction Messages
  3. On the left in the related tasks bar, click Update Unmapped Transactions
  4. Navigate to the Job Schedules Tab, Select Add
  5. In the Create Job Screen enter the following information:
    • Job Name
    • Schedule Type
    • Mark the box Enabled
    • Frequency -- Occurs every 1 day
    • Daily frequency -- occurs once at Enter time
    • Duration -- Starting at: Today
    • Save
  6. Wait for the schedule time the job process should run, Check the history tab, See the process has not run
