Email source ID in the Raiser's Edge and the email job ID in NetCommunity are not reporting the same number

You have sent an email from NetCommunity and noted the email job ID listed in the status log. You receive a donation from an email recipient and the email source ID associated with the gift differs from the email job ID in NetCommunity.
Initially, the email source ID in The Raiser's Edge is the same as the email job ID in Blackbaud NetCommunity. If, however, the email job for a message is deleted before it is sent, the two IDs may be different moving forward.
