UK Gift Aid - R68 report returns blank row at top of audit report

When running a monthly R68 gift aid claim the associated R68 report returns a blank row at the top of the report even though there are no blank entries in the submission file to HMRC.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.


Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

* Cannot be replicated on sample data, only seen on customer data.

1. Go to Revenue
2. Click on R68 task
3. Click on   _R68_DirectDebit_03
4. Click ‘View R68 report’ button

Notice the blank entry on the first row of the report.
