Online Express is not sending to all the emails in my query

When using a query with several email types included Online Express shows significantly fewer overall emails it is sending to than the number of constituents in the query.
  1. Check which email types are mapped in Online Express by going to Account > Integration Options > Email mapping
  2. The three email types listed here are the email types Online Express is sending to
  3. If some of the intended recipients are relationships see How to email to relationships in Online Express
