We can use the Pledge Schedule widget to display all scheduled payment dates and amounts, as well as the dates and amounts for any payments received. These documents will need to be created from the Pledge entry in the journal or a query containing Pledges.
  1. Click Communications
  2. Click the category you stored your template in
  3. Click on the template name
  4. Click into the block where you would like to insert the widget
  5. Click the Insert Letter Widget icon in the toolbar (on the second row, far right)
  6. Click the Select button for Pledge Schedule
  7. Click Insert
  8. Click Update
  9. Click Save And Finish

We can also use the Pledge Reminder layout which has this widget. This can be found on Step 2 Layouts of editing the template on the Documents tab.
