- Navigate to Tickets, Sales Methods > Select the Sales Method you would like to configure the Mailing Header to print for (this is generally configured for Advance Sales)
- On the Delivery Methods tab, note the Delivery method marked as Default
- Navigate to Tickets, Sales Documents > Select Default Mailing Header Ticket
- In the Task bar on the left Select Mark Active if this template is currently inactive
- Select Add
- Select the Delivery Method
- Mark the box next to the sales method this will be available for
