1. Navigate to Tickets, Sales Methods > Select the Sales Method you would like to configure the Mailing Header to print for (this is generally configured for Advance Sales)
  2. On the Delivery Methods tab, note the Delivery method marked as Default
  3. Navigate to Tickets, Sales Documents > Select Default Mailing Header Ticket
  4. In the Task bar on the left Select Mark Active if this template is currently inactive
  5. Select Add
    1. Select the Delivery Method 
    2. Mark the box next to the sales method this will be available for
  6. Save
