Debit amount incorrectly shows as $0 in Account Activity

When viewing activity for one account, one part of General Ledger distribution appears as $0 instead of the correct amount.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

Go to Records > Accounts > Open appropriate account
Go to Activity > Choose Debit/Credit and enter correct dates
Double-click appropriate period to open and see for transaction number (x), it has Debit amount of $0.00

Go to General Ledger > Open Batch specified in last step
Note: Transaction number shows Debit of (correct amount.)
