1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click the Category where you've stored your template
  4. Click the name of the template
  5. Click the text box where you'd like to add the image
  6. Place the cursor in the spot where you'd like to add the image
  7. Click the Insert/Edit Image icon

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Source field
  2. Select the file from the Resource Browser or click Browse/Choose Files to upload an image from your computer
  3. Click Ok
  4. Click Update
  5. Click Save and Finish
