Import error(dismiss): Please enter a valid 'ID'

When attempting to import an enhanced revenue batch the following error message is thrown: "Import error(dismiss): Please enter a valid 'ID'" when an invalid when an attribute field linked to an attribute with an invalid ID. 
To resolve the error message without manually mapping Un-map the attribute field that has an invalid attribute ID associated with it. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create an Enhance Revenue batch template. 
2. Add an Attribute ID field for an attribute with an invalid ID. 
3. Save the batch template.
4. Create an Enhanced Revenue Batch with the new batch template.
5. Map the Attribute ID field to the Invalid attribute ID.
6. Save.
7. Attempt to do the import. 
8. Enter the Batch created by the import. 
9. Note the Error message "Import error(dismiss): Please enter a valid 'ID'"
