Unable to save exact color when editing a form or Email Marketing document in Online Express

Users may find that when trying to define a specific color in Online Express using the RGB options, that the numbers change slightly when saving the color.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the Raiser's Edge
  2. Click on Online Express
  3. Click on Email Marketing
  4. Click on a draft email
  5. Click on the Style tab
  6. Click on the Color for background or text
  7. Type in R: 0 G: 174 B: 239
  8. Click DONE
  9. Click on the color again
  10. See the values changed to R: 0 G: 175 B: 239
