This was corrected through Microsoft hotfix - Please contact support and reference this article to obtain the Hotfix.
NOTE: You will need to change the attached file extension from .bb to .exe in order to run the utility.

1. Double-click the compressed file that you downloaded, click Continue in the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box, select the folder that you want to extract the files to, and then click OK.
2. Type the password that you received from Retail Management System Technical Support, l#n0TrcI1 and then click OK.
3. Close all Retail Management System programs.
4. Click OK to close the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box.
5. Double-click the Retail1.3-KB942607.EXE file.
6. The Microsoft Retail Management System 1.3 HotFix Installer will guide you through the rest of the installation.
