Memorized reports are normally workstation-specific.  To resolve the issue, follow these steps: 
  1. In Store Operations Administrator on the affected machine, access Configuration.
  2. On the Paths tab, note the location for Reports.
  3. In Windows Explorer, browse to the location specified above
  4. Look for reports files (with a .qrp extension) beginning with "Memorized -".  These are the .qrp files for the memorized reports
  5. If the reports exist, close and restart Store Operations Manager
  6. If this does not resolve the issue, recreate the reports.
Note:  As the files are normally workstation-specific, this will happen when replacing a workstation.  Copy the "Memorized -" .qrp files from the old machine to the new machine.
