Open window does not appear when clicking the magnifying class under Export Information in Post Closed Batches. (BB716749)
In Post Closed Batches in Store Operations Manager, you must indicate a file name and location for the exported information. When clicking the magnifying class to browse to the desired location, the Open window does not appear. You are able to manually type a location, but the indicated file contains no information after posting.
Note: If you are exporting directly to QuickBooks, the Export Information box will not be displayed
No information will be exported if the Accounting software indicated in Configuration is <None>. To be able to export the necessary information in an .xml file, select File, Configuration, Accounting and select the appropriate Accounting software.
