How to Re-Send E-Receipts for Online Express Donations

I need to resend a receipt to a donor from an Online Express Donation Transaction.

A donor entered the wrong email address for their Online Express donation. A donor misplaced their eReceipt for an Online Express donation. Can I re-send the thank you email with their eReceipt? Can I send a thank you email to a different email address?
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
  2. Click on the Online Express plugin in the navigation bar
  3. Click Donations
  4. Click View Transaction History
  5. In the window that appears, search for the transaction
  6. In the right-hand column, locate the hyperlink that says "Send thank you email again" and click on it
  7. In the window that appears, confirm the email address is correct or update the email address as needed
  8. Click Send
