Error: Data could not be saved. Error converting data type nvarchar to datetime.

When users attempt to refund a payment authroized by IPPayments via edit payment, they receive Error: Data could not be saved. Error converting data type nvarchar to datetime.
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Revenue and open payment previously authorised via IPPayments
  2. Select edit payment 
  3. Reduce the amount to a smaller amount that the original amount 
  4. Update Application on payment to reflect new amount
  5. Ensure refund card on save is checked under Payment Information
  6. Click Save
  7. Receive error Data could not be saved. Error converting data type nvarchar to datetime.
