Name on Card shows as addressee when set to use name

When processing Online Express memberships, users are reporting that the Name on Card is including the title when the Name on Card in Configuration are set to use individual name.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Business Rules > Membership
  3. Mark to use Member Name and Use Individual Name.
  4. Navigate to Online Express.
  5. Process Membership into Batch.
  6. Navigate to membership record.
  7. Shows as Addressee, not name.
