Bounced emails are showing as received in BBIS.

Emails sent through BBIS which should have bounced are showing as received in BBIS.
Download and install the latest Hotfix which contains all fixes from Service Packs and hotfixes. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the hotfix. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a constituent with a confirmed fake email. (notarealemail1@blackbaud.com used for testing)
2. Create a selection and BBIS list including the newly created constituent.
3. Send a final email from BBIS using this list.
4. Navigate to the report for the email, note the email address incorrectly shows as having received the email instead of bouncing.
