Blank address lines appear in mail merge but not on Bio1

Mail merge documents are showing a blank line but this isn't visible when running query or viewing address on the constituent record

This issue can be caused by the mail merge misreading the line breaks in the address block of certain constituent records. To resolve this for the affected records:

  1. Place the cursor in the first space of each line of the affected address block. 
  2. Backspace to the previous line. 
  3. Press Enter to create a hard break before each address line.
