When using constituent search to locate a constituent multiple records of the same constituent are appearing, after entering a look up ID for a constituent, with different addresses.
When using the constituent search function in CRM, make sure your advanced search options are configured correctly. If you only want one address to appear when searching for constituents make sure the "Only search primary addresses option" is checked, This will resolve multiple addresses appearing.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to constituents functional area. 2. Click Constituent search under the Constituents section. 3. Search for a constituent using their lookup ID. 4. Note that multiple lines of the same constituent appears.
