  2. If you are hosted by Blackbaud, or if Step 1 does not resolve the error, click Chat with Support and reference this Knowledgebase article.
  3. If you were previously using the RELO plugin and would like to end support and disable the integration please contact your Balckbaud account representative to schedule a service to remove this solution.
  4. If you have never enabled the RELO integration or have never used a Luminate product, click Chat with Support and reference this Knowledgebase article, your username, and your application server if you are hosted by Blackbaud..
