Please perform the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. If you are not hosted by Blackbaud Hosting Services, troubleshoot Blackbaud Web Services on the machine where it is installed (generally the server).
  2. If you are hosted by Blackbaud, or if Step 1 does not resolve the error, click Chat with Support to speak to a Luminate Support team member and reference this Knowledgebase article.
