Non-System Admin Users cannot Download Email Reports in BBIS

After upgrading to SP10, non-sys admin users cannot download email reports in BBIS
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.  

Steps to Duplicate

1.   Logged in as a non-sys admin user, navigate to the Email functional area.
2.   Click Messages.
3.   Click the report button under actions on any message.
4.   In the report screen, click Export and then select Summary or Details. The csv is never downloaded and the screen remains loading.
