The file could not be downloaded. The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable when trying to download to CSV from a Revnue Acknowledgement Process

When non-admin attempts to Download results to CSV/XLSX of a Revenue Acknowledgment Process the error:  "The file could not be downloaded. The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable" occurs. Any Sys Admin can download with no errors. 
This is a Permissions issue. In order to grant the necessary permissions, do the following:

1. Go to Administration > Security > System Roles > Choose the role to which a user is assigned that needs to be able to download
2. On the Features tab, click Assign feature permissions

The permissions to be assigned are:
Revenue/ Business Process/ Acknowledgments/ Business Processes: Acknowledgment Process
Revenue/ Business Process/ Tribute Acknowledgments/ Business Processes: Tribute Acknowledgment Process
