Scheduled Email sends failing regularly

Scheduled Email Blasts are failing with some regularity.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate: 

1. Schedule email blasts
2. If more than one email, schedule them to send 15 minutes apart
3. Schedule emails send and some fail
4. Resend the ones that fail individually, they send
