A user was unable to submit their Writing Sample with their Application, and manually sent this to us. How do we add this to their processed Application?
Writing Samples can be manually uploaded to the Application section of a Candidate's record, with their existing Application (Started/Processed/Manually Uploaded).
As an Admissions Manager:
Navigate to onBoard.
Select People Finder and search/select your Candidate.
Click on their Checklist tab.
Scroll below the Checklist to the Applications section.
