Data Warehouse process running an extremely long time

A process may be stuck or running for an extremely long time in Blackbaud Data warehouse causing it to not finish the process. 
You will need to Kill, Reset, and Refresh Data warehouse. 

Here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to Administration > Administration > Data warehouses
2. Click on Blackbaud Data Warehouse (should be highlighted in blue)
3. To the left there is Refresh data where you will find the options (you may need to click on the down arrows next to that to have the choices appear)
4. Kill the running process in SQL by killing the running SPID connected to the process
5. Reset ETL
6. Start ETL refresh
