When creating a Solicitor Performance Graph dashboard, users may see the Error: The specified record could not be found. The record has either been delete or you do not have rights to view it - when including a Gift query. If no gift query is included, the panel will load without issues. Including a Query for the selected Solicitors does not cause same error.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Dashboards 2. Click New 3. Select Solicitor Performance Graph under the Solicitor section 4. On the right under Selected Panels, highlight Solicitor Performance Graph again and click Edit 5. Next to Gifts to Include, click Select 6. Include any gift query 7. Click OK 8. Error may appear
