When integrating with other products, records can be created without meeting the minimum validation requirements for mandatory fields. However, it is recommended that you bring all records in alignment with those minimum validation requirements. Failing to do so can lead to a variety of issues, including (but not limited to):
  • Reporting issues, due to inconsistencies among required fields
  • Encountering the following "Error: Invalid Data. Review all error messages below to correct your data." when attempting to edit records
  • QPM errors in Luminate Online due to invalid or malformed data
We highly recommend remediating those records so they meet the minimum validation requirements for LCRM to avoid these types of issues.
