1. Navigate to the site Dashboard.
  2. Select Forms from the left hand navigation.
  3. Edit the form in question > Select the settings tab.
  4. Select Form Actions > Click the Mail icon to add a new notification or select an existing notification to edit.

  5. In the To field, input the ID for email address from the Customization box.

  6. Edit the Notification contents and click Update to save.
