The eCommunication module provides the option to schedule a mailing to be sent in the future. Sometimes the client wants to stop the mailing or the mailing is deleted by accident.
When a scheduled mailing is being deleted, the mailing will not be sent as scheduled. This is one way of stopping a scheduled mailing. If you need to restore the mailing, please Chat with support and the next available analyst will submit a request to our database team to retrieve the deleted mailing.
