When a user launches the Connect RE integration, the plugin may load with all zeros in the Key Metrics, while other users see the correct values in Key Metrics. This may happen intermittently, and may affect different users at the organization.

To temporarily resolve the issue, users can re-select Connect RE from the navigation bar to reload the plugin a second time so the correct values populate.

Select Connect Raiser's Edge from the navigation bar
