The information to be returned in this report is directed by the "Publish to Front End" setting on the Department level. If the box is not marked, the information is not published to the report.
To change the setting:
  1. Navigate to Academics> Scheduling> Requests & Schedules > Departments & Courses
  2. Click the edit pencil icon to the right of a Department name
  3. Mark the box labeled, "Publish to Front End"
  4. Click 'Save & Close'
  5. Repeat for all Departments of courses where grades are recorded that should be included in the report
