1. Go to Marketing and Communications
  2. Click Membership Renewal Efforts
  3. Locate the effort in the list with your correct renewals process name and the correct date you ran the process.
  4. Click on the two green arrows to the left of the effort line item, and click the Delete button that appears beneath it
  5. Then, go to Memberships and re-run the renewals process for your program for this month (to re-identify all Mail customers and re-schedule the Email, if so desired).
Note: If you are using the finder numbers from the original membership renewal mailing, the finder numbers will be cleared when the effort is deleted and when you re-run the process, new finder numbers will be assigned, meaning you'll need to create new mail pieces with the new finder number.
