- Go to Marketing and Communications
- Click Membership Renewal Efforts
- Locate the effort in the list with your correct renewals process name and the correct date you ran the process.
- Click on the two green arrows to the left of the effort line item, and click the Delete button that appears beneath it
- Then, go to Memberships and re-run the renewals process for your program for this month (to re-identify all Mail customers and re-schedule the Email, if so desired).
