You might notice that users without supervisor permissions are unable to export email reports in BBIS.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
Login as a non-supervisor user with all Site and Organization permissions.
Go to the Email functional area.
Find an email message job that was already sent, and click the report button.
Click the Export dropdown
Click Details and notice that the task loads for minutes before erroring. The error message says, "The server encountered an error processing the request. Please refresh the page, if the issue persists kindly contact the support team for assistance."
