Error: Unable to Load Data Health Center: Unable to Instantiate request. Could not load file or assembly 'Rebex.Sftp, Version=3.0.5855.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=1c4638788972655d' or one of its dependencies.

When clicking on the Data Health Center, or working within it, you may see one of the following error messages:

Error: Could not load file or assembly 'Rebex.Sftp, Version=3.0.5855.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=1c4638788972655d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified

Error: Unable to load data health center: Unable to instantiate response: Could not load file or assembly 'Rebex.Sftp, Version=3.0.5855.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1c4638788972655d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 

Error: Unable to upload Giving Score request file: Could not load file or assembly 'Rebex.Sftp, Version=3.0.5855.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1c4638788972655d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.



 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.  As an alternative solution, you can do one of the following to prevent the error from occurring: 

If your database is hosted by Blackbaud Hosting Services, contact Customer Support for assistance in resolving this issue.

If your database is not hosted by Blackbaud, you can resolve this by following these steps: 
  1. In the article Attachments section below, click the link to download the REBEX_Files.zip file.  
  2. Copy the REBEX_Files.zip file to your desktop and unzip the files.
  3. Log out of The Raiser's Edge by going to File > Exit and Sign Out.
  4. Copy the following unzipped files to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\WSE
    • Rebex.Common.dll
    • Rebex.Networking.dll
    • Rebex.Sftp.dll
  5. Log back into The Raiser's Edge and you can now access the Data Health Center.
